Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Deshco Hospitality Private Limited (“Deshco Holidays”) through any booking channels, including our website, third-party platforms, and agents. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Cancellation by Guests
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the booking value in the original payment mode.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Deshco Holidays
- Cancellation Due to Operational Reasons: In the unlikely event that Deshco Holidays cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property unavailability, double-booking), Guests will be offered, at Descho Holidays’ discretion:
- An alternative property of equivalent or higher value, subject to Guest approval, or
- A full refund of the Booking Amount and Security Deposit (if paid by the Guest while booking).
- Force Majeure: If cancellation is required due to events beyond Deshco Holidays’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Guests will be eligible for:
- A credit voucher equal to the Booking Amount for use within 6 months, or
- A partial refund, subject to the terms communicated at the time of cancellation.
- Cancellation Due to Operational Reasons: In the unlikely event that Deshco Holidays cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property unavailability, double-booking), Guests will be offered, at Descho Holidays’ discretion:
- Non-Refundable Bookings
- Some discounted bookings or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed of such terms at the time of booking.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund under this policy unless cancelled by Deshco Holidays.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows:
Timeline: Within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. - Refund timelines may vary based on the payment gateway or bank processes, and Deshco Holidays is not liable for delays caused by such third parties.

- Early Check-Outs
- If a Guest decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for unused nights unless explicitly agreed by Deshco Holidays.
- Any Security Deposit will be refunded after deduction for damages, if applicable.
- Security Deposit Refund
- The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred during the stay.
- In cases of deductions for damages or rule violations, Deshco Holidays will provide an itemized explanation.
- Disputes
- Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved in accordance with Deshco Holidays’ Terms and Conditions and the governing laws of India.
