Descho Hospitality Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at  Office No 510, 5th Floor, The Avenue, Marol Naka, Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400059 (“Deshco Holidays”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates a website located under the brand name www.deshcoholidays.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website/Portal”) where you can book hotel stays offered by us to the users of the Portal (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”). 

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the Terms of Use (available at https://deshcoholidays.com/terms-conditions/) governs your use of the Portal and describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer, and storage of the information provided to us by you. By using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the Portal you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, possession, dealing, handling, sharing, disclosure or transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. We shall not use the User’s information in any manner except as provided under this Privacy Policy.

  • Phone
  • Password;
  • Financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details required for hotel stay booking;

When you register with us through the Website and book an accommodation, we will ask you for personally identifiable information (“PII”). PII includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, Aadhaar Number (provided by the UIDAI), Passport number, any identity proof and home postal address, but does not include your credit card number or billing information. In order to process some of your transactions through the Website, we may also ask for your credit card number and other billing information (“Billing Information”) (PII and Billing Information together, “Personal Information”). Some Personal Information is required, like your name and email address, and other Personal Information is optional, like your date of birth.

We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your account profile (e.g., without limitation, PIN code (on its own) and individual preferences, interests or demographic information) (“Non-Identifying Information”).
